Description

The alley behind Belmont Pizza and 3108 and 3110 Patterson Ave. is strewn with trash, and now flies and rodents. Belmont Pizza dumpster is always littered with trash and old furniture. The Patterson Ave. locations are, as well, most always a complete mess with trash residents don't clean up.
