Description
Alley is used for access to parking lots for buildings along Fitzhugh Ave. Need a 4x4 to get through the pot holes and a weekly car wash to clean the mud off the tires. Good breeding ground for mosquitos! Residents are not keeping their weeds under control making for a jungle along the residential side of the alley.
