Requesting to cut branches off tree. They are hanging over onto business car lot and will cause damage to vehicles should they break off.

    Citizen is requesting update on this request as soon as convenient. I explained what I could gather from the notes, viz, that the plan is to remove rather than prune the tree, and this is more involved hence takes more time. Citizen name & contact number are still accurate. - MRT
