Description
Existing alley between Malvern and Lafayette is in really bad shape, broken paving, huge potholes that hold water, and surfacing is a mixture of mud, gravel, and broken asphalt. Concrete sidewalks at either end are damaged and there aren't proper alley aprons. Alley needs to be regraded and graveled/paved and City sidewalks repaired/replaced. This alley provides rear parking lot access (for employees) to several businesses along Fitzhugh in addition to residences along Augusta.
