Description
There are speed tables on the 3200 block of Seminary, but it has not done much to limit through traffic and speeding. The intersection of Seminary and Rennie is a natural point for an all way stop, which would have the effect of slowing through traffic and making the area safer for pedestrians. This area is also a bus stop/school bus stop, meaning that pedestrians are often in the area.

- Staff · July 21, 2022The Department of Public Works (DPW) must perform an engineering study in accordance with the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) before installing an all-way stop. This is a federalpublication that applies to all streets open to pubic travel. The intersection of Seminary and Rennie does not meet the conditions set forth in the MUTCD for an all-way stop.
