Description

This is not a duplicate request. City of Richmond Ordinance Sec 23-46 states that When refuse from commercial establishments exceeds four supercans per collection, the operator of such business is required to remove and dispose of such excess at the expense of the operator. Chioccas only has one supercan and it is full the day after Monday collection. They need to get more supercans at their expense and keep the alley clean. It is attracting vermin.
