Description
The dual traffic signs are still overgrown with vines, vegetation & leaves that I have decumented and reported to the RVA 311 CSRS since May 26, 2022. The “DO NOT ENTER” sign is almost completely obscured by vegetation. The “STOP” Sign is surrounded by leaves. WHEN will the RVA DPW TEO clear these signs and sign post of vegetation? This is a public and traffic safety issue that must be addressed.
