Description

This is my second request for this tree. Since my last request the tree has dropped several large limbs and more dead limbs are hanging in the boughs. This tree is dangerous and continues to self-prune and poses risks to people and their property. Please review its status. I hate to see this tree go, it was berely a sapling whrn I moved in 23 years ago. Linda Dunham
