Description

Please use this as an opportunity to create another green alley way that is friendly to storm water! Our alleg is full of huge potholes and makeshift repairs. It gets flooded in light rain and attracts pests and vermin, and its bad for vehicles to drive on. Its also a disaster in terms of storm water control.
