Description
There's a stretch of sidewalk on the east side of 7th Street, between Main & Franklin streets, that has had a fence around it for a long time. Anyone walking up or down 7th St. must cross to the west side of the street or walk out in the street. There's no construction going on. The fence is just there. Maybe there's a problem with the grating. If there's no reason for it, it should be removed immediately. If the grating is the problem, can it be fixed so this busy patch can be traversed again?
