Description

There is a large tree behind the homes of 2129 and 2131 Floyd Ave that is dead and has been dropping limbs on to a city power line. I had Dominion Energy out to asses and they said to contact the city as the power line belongs to the city of Richmond for the street lights. To note, I am aware that typically "Trees in City Alleys are the responsibility of the private property owner" but this one is specifically hanging over city power lines and causing damage.
