Description

Tree between the alley behind 3064 and Forest hill Ave on w 31st appears mostly dead and dropping sticks onto car/street. Ivy growing up the bottom. Some limbs have leaves but majority seems dead/unhealthy THE TREE IS NOT IN THE ALLEY IT IS ON W 31ST STREET!!!!!!! I was attempting to help clarify where tree was located on W 31st
