Description
The cut down for wheelchairs and strollers on the corner of Ellwood and Hamilton has a giant lump of black top and rocks. You cannot push a stroller or a wheelchair over it and it's a hazard. It was repaired last October but again it has reappeared because it was just a patch job. Someone needs to do a better job fixing it please.
