Description

Tree is dead and impacts a ton of power lines. Was advised by an arborist for the city to report it as it was mostly on the street and would be detrimental if it were to fall. Tree is completely dead but covered in ivy which he said is probably why the city arborists or planners for which trees needed to be removed had missed it.
