Description
When W. Ladies Mile was repaved, two speed bumps were taken away. They signs for both of them remain, however neither speed bump has been replaced. It's unacceptable that the job was left unfinished. Either replace the speed bumps or remove the speed bump signs. (This latter option is obviously not ideal, especially since you all refuse to put a sidewalk in to keep pedestrians safe.)
