Description

There is a large pile of household trash, construction debris, furniture, car tires, and other miscellaneous refuse blocking the alleyway behind 2909 Parkwood Ave. It extends from the backyard of 2909 Parkwood back into the alley, blocking resident traffic and trash and recycling trucks. It has been there for several days. It also blocks adjacent residences' back fence gates.
