Description
Caller states a request was put in 2 or more years ago, field engineer came out, took pictures in 2020 and nothing was done after that. The tree roots have the sidewalk uneven, the front of the sidewalk slopes up and is down in the back. Several people has tripped and fallen, children on bicycles have fallen and people have tripped and dropped groceries. Please assess as soon as possible before a resident have a serious fall.
