Description

At 9:05 am today there was ANOTHER TRAFFIC ACCIDENT at this intersection. Numerous requests for speed control on Carolina and Highland have been submitted. The car traveling SW on Carolina was speeding (estimated 40 mph or more). The car traveling SE on Highland St slowly rolled the stop sign. She was perhaps three feet into the intersection when she was struck by the car traveling on Carolina Ave. Speed bumps on Carolina are needed. Traffic normally travels in excess of 25 mph. HELP!!
