Description
Could the light at Brook Rd and Brookland Park Blvd be changed to allow left turns on green? There are regularly people waiting to turn on all 4 sides with no traffic going through the intersection. The left turn lane could have a flashing yellow arrow added, or it could turn green with a sign saying that the left turn lane must yield on green. Or if that's not possible, could traffic detection be implemented/improved? It seems to behave like it's just on a simple timer.
