Description
Northbound traffic on N. 10th street is prevented north of Leigh Street. No reason for this barrier; seems like a temporary thing that has remained. There are no "detour" or "warning" signs on any of the approaching streets. Often see cars going around barrier. With increased traffic coming/going to new ambulatory clinics building at that intersection, seems like there would have to be a really good reason to block access to Duval street.
