Description

moved to COR; there's a stoplight on Seminary & Overbrook. Caller states the light goes from East to Lombardy; this light isn't triggered correctly and takes a long time to change it doesn't seemed synchronized. Caller wants to know if the light can be changed from timed to censored or can it be assessed to figure out why it doesn't change in a synchronized matter
