Description

Cobblestone drain broken with many loose cobblestones and causing asphalt road to be undermined. Cobblestones wash into street with heavy rains. Heavy truck traffic with water treatment plant at end of Douglasdale road. Issue on Douglasdale near intersection with Loch Lomond CT.
