Description

There are a lot of insects - I think scales - on the crepe myrtles on the Dubois side of our house. White spots are visible on most branches. They are producing a sticky substance that’s all over the trees and grass below. The trees are beautiful - we hope they can get some help to beat the scales so they don’t get sick or moldy. This is the first we have noticed it although we just moved into the house.
