Description
Alley behind 3027 Kensington Av. Chiocca's is a commercial restaurant that creates a large amount of trash. There are not enough bins to accommodate their refuse. Consequently, they are taking it to other trash bins of residential owners in the alley. Some residents have resorted to locking their trash cans to prevent abuse. Can someone notify Chiocca's they need additional trash bins?
