Description
W Franklin between Westmoreland and Chantilly is in serious need of Repair and Paving. The street is heavily traveled by parents and kids on bikes going to school and it is very dangerous. Personal and Service vehicles (City and Private) cannot make safe passage along this stretch of W Franklin. Big dips, holes, uneven pavement leaves standing water for days and is damaging to our vehicles.
