Description
My neighbors and I are highly interested in the Adopt a Tree program for the land between our houses and Belvedere. Planting along this area would match the neighboring blocks along belvedere, reduce local urban heat island, reduce street noise, and more. There are no identified spots along section for adopt a tree program. I have been in contact with the DPU and they recommended I utilize RVA311. Can this area be re-evaluated?
