WEEDS ARE OVERGROWING IN THE ALLEY BEHIND 3408. ->> Since 2021 city's inspector Randall Masters has been in violation of code 11-107(c)&(d) by failing to perform duty to abate & allow weeds to grow, due to racial discrimination towards me.
