Caller phoned back in to see why duplicate service ticket DPW000115172 from 7/25 had been closed with DPW comment "To the best of our knowledge this has been completed. If additional service is needed please call back and we'll reopen the ticket." Advised caller that duplicate tickets for same location may be closed out & advised of contract pruning status as per DPW comment below. Caller reported concerns regarding hanging limbs on tree that may fall in strong wind or heavy rain
