Description

Tree is overgrown, appears to be diseased/rotting. Very large branches have fallen in recent months. A huge branch fell yesterday and crushed my neighbors vehicle. Tree roots caused extensive damage to sidewalk, that department has refused to do a permanent fix to the sidewalk due to the overgrown tree. The curb by the tree is starting to crumble as well.
