Description

Citizen wants to tree in her front yard to be cut back and for the roots of the tree to be cut down due to it is messing up her fence in her yard. Citizen believe that tree is damaging her roof.

  itizen request maintenance on a City tree. I explained to Ms. Gaines that a email from the Arborist stated he has assessed the tree on several occasions and that our contract has pruned the tree. Ms. Gaines stated we had not done anything to the tree in front of her home. She stated the pruning was done on a younger tree.
