the tree in the 2100 Block of idlewood are so overgrown that people have to walk in the street. the whole block needs to be cut back

Citizen is calling to check on the status of ticket, tree is blocking handicap parking sign near home. Sign is no longer visible and neighbors are parking in front. States that this is a yearly problem that the tree overgrows. Tree is scratching vehicle and cant walk on sidewalk.
