Description

The tree at the NW corner of Woodlawn Ave & Hanover Ave appears to be half dead. The dead half overhangs Hanover Ave & drops dead limbs with every storm. The tree is looking unstable & the half that is still living is overhanging 400 Woodlawn Ave & now dropping large limbs as well. The tree has a large vertical hole in one of the main trunks, is covered in ivy & is covered in mossy growth.
