Description

Tree has been dying for years damaging vehicles and property with no action from the city. Now twice in the last three weeks, large limbs have fallen and scratched or dented a tree. Residents should be able to collect compensation for the city's neglect if these are not taken care of. Photos below are from two separate incidents.
