Description
Light for traffic travelling on Brook Rd stays green for over 2 minutes but traffic traveling on Lombardy St. has to wait forever and when it's traffic light is green only lasts for 30 seconds. Lombardy St. gets much more regular traffic especially when it's not rush hour and the light cycle for this intersection needs to be changed so Lombardy St.'s light is longer and Brook Rd's is shorter.
