Description
the metal pipe that goes under the street is plugged and collapsed. The water has created a hole above it to get through. The road is cracked all the way across and is starting to collapse above the collapsed pipe. We've tried for years to unplug it but can't get in far enough. Thanks so much for your help with this issue.
