Description
Almost every week, the trash collectors leave these trash cans in this extremely rude and careless manner. Imagine one of our neighbors in a wheelchair trying to get around this, it would be impossible. Auburn Ave is a busy road for foot traffic, connecting Ellwood and the Museum District with Carytown. Additionally these cans belong to the apartments in 3201/3203/3205 Ellwood Ave. They are being left in front of 4 S Auburn Ave.
