CITIZEN STATES THAT A LIMB FELL INTO HER FENCE AND DAMAGED HER FENCE. SHE ALREADY MADE A CLAIM WITH THE CITY ATTORNEY. CITIZEN STATES THAT THE TREE LIMB IS ON HER FENCE AND AT THE NEXT DOOR NEIGHBORS HOUSE. 3216 4TH AVE
