Description

At the Icon Apartment parking garage, there is a stop sign coming down from the main ramp that is not regulation. In addition, cars come out of the garage at high speeds or do not stop for pedestrians. In addition it is challenging for cars to see if there are pedestrians. Another example of development and new construction endangering pedestrians, just like the garage on Roseneath (not ironically by the same developer and apartment management company)
