Description

A spiky tree has outgrown 24 inches, on the side walk, towards 3404, out of 3402 property line, INJURED me WITH MULTIPLE SCRATCHES, and obstructs pedestrian traffic. Because it is spiky without mesh fence, it has also outgrown towards front walk way.
