Description

DPW000108142-this references this old ticket that was just closed saying repairs have been completed. There are still the same two very large holes in front of 4500 deepwater terminal road beside the railroad tracks. No repairs have been done in this area so i'm not sure who thought this had been repaired but they were mistaken. there is no way you can miss these huge holes.
