Description

I am contacting you because I am handicapped. I use an electric wheelchair with constant oxygen to get around. I need to attend Hemodialysis three times a week to sustain life. The transportation companies are having difficulty getting me into the vehicle due to the street being one way and cars are parked on both sides. I am unable to travel to the end of the sidewalk to, due to the uneven sidewalk and holes. Please fix the sidewalk. A handicapped parking spot & ramp are needed. Thanks

30 feet by 5 feet of damage to the sidewalk. The citizen would like to add a handicapped ramp in the middle of the block. I will check with supervision on that part of the request.
