there's a COR tree in the front of the house that has a snap branch hanging down near where they park; caller states the tree is also in need of being pruned.

  Citizen states that the limb was on the side walk and in the street. He removed it at his cost. He states that he wants a refund and he still needs someone to come out and prune the branches due to there is one hanging over his car. Forward to supervisors in 311

  Spoke with citizen, this tree has continued to grow towards the house and fearful that with the canopy weight it can fall into the home. When assessing, please knock on the door to have conversation if resident home.
