Description

Bush/Tree blocking the view as you come down 10th Street and start around the curve. It needs to be cut back ASAP. It may also be causing the drain backup which has caused a large amount of standing water during the last few hard rains. City landscape workers have come to the area over the last two years but have not cut back this particular bush/tree.
