Description

See my report from last week, DPW000110286. Another trash pickup, another pile of glass & goo on the road. This one is closer to my driveway, which makes it more difficult to back out without running over glass. My neighbor got a flat tire after running over a previous pile. What is going on?! For 39 years at this address we had no issues of garbage truck trash left in the street after pickup. Now every week there's a pile at virtually every stop on my street and surrounding streets.
