Description

On the right side of Pear St there contiues to be washout due to no curb or gutter. There is continues washout and erosion and it is eating into the road under the pavement. The washout also washes down and leaves rocks and debis on East Cary creating difficult turning conditions & trip hazards for pedestrians.
