this is a four way intersection in front of the temple of judah Church. citizen would like a stop sign place on each corner. so it is safe for citizen to cross

    DPW must perform an engineering study in accordance with the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) before installing an all-way stop. This is a federal publication that applies to allstreets open to pubic travel. We have reviewed this intersection and it does not have the volume requirements to meet the MUTCD requirements for an all-way stop.
