Description
The root in question is growing rapidly and threatens the integrity of the brick retaining wall behind the viewer perspective in the picture. It is already a hazard to pedestrians and forms a large ice puddle in winter. I would like to have the bricks taken up and the root shaved back down if it cannot be removed entirely. It is unfortunate that zylkova trees were ever planted on Church Hill. Thank you for any assistance the City may be able to provide. Sincerely, Randolph Bell 804 643-1175
