Description

Highly offensive painted graffiti (derogatory "DEFUND" pig police) painted on "jersey" barricade against the law. The barricade could easily be replaced by DPU/DPW in house or on call firms. More important, the cyclone fence in front of it is restricting vision of merging/weaving drivers in the circle that once was recognized by ITE in 2005 for its proven safe design. The City is knowingly contributing to the accident potential at this intersection by not reinstalling the modern roundabout.
