Description
There are 2 water main leaks in the alley behind houses on the even number side of 4300 Hanover Avenue. The alley is a swampy mess and is attracting insects, animals, etc. Please send someone to look at 2 water main leaks. You can see water constantly flowing from caps in the alley behind 4312 and 4314 Hanover Avenue.
