Call came in on 3/30/23 from 311 communications. Citizen complained that limbs were blocking the alley @1913 N 28th. Arborist went out on 12/31 and reported this is not a through alley and therefore can't really be blocked. The Arborist did see some debris left behind the Citizens fence and will have a crew clear that up.
